Monday Morning Announcements 6-7-10 Coffee /Dessert with Mr. D The last "Coffee with Mr. D." and "Dessert with Mr.D" are both scheduled for Monday, June 7th, in the parent center. "Coffee with Mr.D" starts at 8:30 AM and "Dessert with Mr. D." starts at 6 PM. If you cannot come and have coffee, come and have dessert. Please try and attend one of the meetings. Mr. D. will discuss your concerns, plus the following:- Tiger Tutorial- LAUSD Budget issues for next school year - Cowan budget for next school year- Class sizes- Magnet Expansion- Library update- Parent Volunteers- What to expect from the Teachers' vote- and more!
Governance Council Mtg.
Your Cowan Governance Council will be meeting for the last time this school year on Tuesday, June 8 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Library. This meeting is being held in the evening so that parents can attend who might not be available when GC meetings are scheduled in the afternoon. Please plan to come!
