Birthday Celebration Guidelines

•Birthday celebrations are held once a month.

•The time allotted for such festivities will be from 2 -2:25 p.m.,

including clean-up.

•Honoree’s parents/ guardians may set up before the start of the celebration.

•Seek out room parents for assistance with planning, set-up, and break-down,

as needed.

•Parents/guardians are to provide enough treats for everyone. Please check for

food allergies prior to the purchase of items!

•Provide healthy, but delicious treats as often as possible (juice,

prepackaged sliced fruit such as apples and caramel dip, grapes, parfaits, etc…).

•Have fun!

Scheduling Birthday Celebration:

•Birthday celebrations should fall during the designated week of each month.

•Each grade should decide and agree in advance on the day of the

week that the celebration will take place.

•Birthday Celebrations can only be schedule during the following weeks

Nov. 30- Dec.2

December 14-15

January 26-27

February 23-24

March 28-29

April 25-27

May 23-25

June 14-15

July and August birthdays will be celebrated in the month of June.
