The School Governance Council (GC) is Cowan’s main governing body.  It's purpose is to work together with all Cowan stakeholders, and Cowan’s network partner, LMU, toward the continuous improvement of our school.  Governance Council meetings are regularly scheduled at 3:30pm every second Tuesday of the month.  There are also some evening meetings as required.  Meetings are open to all Cowan stakeholders, and to the public in general.

The Cowan Avenue School PTO brings parents and teachers together to support quality education and encourage community involvement. PTO organizes and mobilizes the large number of volunteers that support teachers and their classroom needs, enrichment and school safety programs, fundraisers and more. PTO is committed to doing all we can to serve the students and teachers at Cowan, and we can only be successful with the involvement of parents like you. There are many ways, large and small, that you can contribute on behalf of your child and every Cowan Avenue School student.
